Benny, Barry and Chris invite you to join them on this 2 day workshop 'Exploration of self'. That is designed to support you deepening into your sense of self.

Your ability to physically feel a felt sense in your body of empowerment and courage. To develop a deeper connection with your felt sensations, self awareness and ability to express, So that you can live and walk with a more confident presence. An opportunity to develop emotional capacity. Its so often said "im in my head too much" or "overthinking" just like our body needs physical resistance to grow physically, so does our emotionality.
Benny & Barry met deep in their feeling and expression of their Fire & playfulness. Which you could refer to emotionally as Empowerment & Joy. So this will be woven into the core of this 2 day experience. Both these feels ignite that deep Aliveness. Play is a core theme here, especially on Saturday day 1, where the exploration of play and play fighting will be experienced, which is a practise that connects us to our primal energy, our innocence, our child like essence, our innate desire to "just play" to let go and be present with a healthy battle of playfight.

Day two will be about movement, connected with the breath and expression. Your body, how you move and express it will give you a deeper understanding of yourself, who you are and why. Your own blocks and inhibitations.
This day will also touch on the core theme of fire, your empowerment, your ability to assert your power, your no, your voice, directness. Self limiting beliefs and patterns may be revealed to rewire.

This is all designed to deepen your connection and understanding,of your whole self through the mind-body-spirit.
Given you a lived experience and tools to develop and deepen a sense of yourself, who you are, why, what holds you back.
Designed by Barry and Benny, drawing from the past few years of their combined wisdom from their living and breathing of this 2 day experience.

Breathwork:

Breathwork is a powerful practice that connects us to our bodies and our emotions through intentional breath. By focusing on the rhythm and depth of our breath, we can release tension, calm the nervous system, and access deeper states of awareness. Breathwork helps us center ourselves, release stored stress, and reconnect with our inner vitality, bringing clarity and emotional balance.

Playfight:

Playfight is a dynamic and liberating practice that allows us to express our primal energy through movement, touch, and playful engagement. It’s not about aggression, but about releasing tension, reconnecting with our bodies, and learning how to move freely with another person. Through playfight, we access deep emotional release, strengthen our bodies, and foster connection, all while embracing our vulnerability and power.Playfight is a powerful practice that brings a safe container grounded with 4 rituals that allow for our inner child to come forward and truly play in a way that may haver never been explored as a child.

Somatic Movement:

Somatic movement practices, are a way to deeply reconnect with the body through free, expressive movement. By tuning into the sensations and rhythms within, somatic movement encourages emotional release, creative expression, and healing. These practices help us break free from rigid patterns, cultivate body awareness, and access the flow of energy within, enhancing both physical and emotional well-being.
