Experience continuous growth and connection to your practice with Spirit Breathworks' Online Monthly Breathe sessions guided by our founder, Dan P along with Live Music curated by Liquid Bloom! 

To participate in our Online Breathwork sessions, you'll start with a few onboarding questions to ensure your safety. Once you've invested in yourself, you'll receive an email containing a training video package where we will share tools to empower you during your breathwork session, fostering a sense of safety and prior knowledge that will enhance your online experiences. 

You will need to attend the sessions LIVE - we do not record for safety and privacy reasons.

I'll also teach grounding and decompressing techniques to aid your integration process. You'll have the chance to join our private Facebook Online Breathe group, where you can ask questions, share your journey, and stay connected with our community.

Before you join our Online Breathe you will receive your Video Training Package: comprising of seven essential videos. Begin with a warm 'Welcome & Overview,' setting the stage for your learning experience. Dive into the principles of 'Honesty and Honouring the Exchange,' understanding the core values of the practice. 

Explore the intricacies of 'Holotropic Spirit Breathwork & Different Patterns' through enriching education. Delve into the depths of 'What can come up in a Breathwork Session,' preparing yourself for the various experiences you might encounter. Learn the art of 'Self Navigation,' empowering yourself within the practice. Master the techniques of 'Grounding and Decompression,' ensuring a balanced and centered state.

Finally, gain insights into 'Preparing for your Online Breathwork Session,' equipping yourself for a transformative and fulfilling experience. Each video is a stepping stone toward your holistic understanding of breathwork, guiding you toward mindfulness and self-discovery.
