To participate in our Online Breathwork sessions, you'll start with a few onboarding questions to ensure your safety. Once you've invested in yourself, you'll receive an email containing a training video package where we will share tools to empower you during your breathwork session, fostering a sense of safety and prior knowledge that will enhance your online experiences.

I'll also teach grounding and decompressing techniques to aid your integration process. You'll have the chance to join our private Facebook Online Breathe group, where you can ask questions, share your journey, and stay connected with our community.

Before you join our Online Breathe you will receive your Video Training Package: comprising of seven essential videos. Begin with a warm 'Welcome & Overview,' setting the stage for your learning experience. Dive into the principles of 'Honesty and Honouring the Exchange,' understanding the core values of the practice.

Explore the intricacies of 'Holotropic Spirit Breathwork & Different Patterns' through enriching education. Delve into the depths of 'What can come up in a Breathwork Session,' preparing yourself for the various experiences you might encounter.
