A day retreat for body, mind, and soul.

Step away from the pace of everyday life and spend a morning immersed in the elements.

Hosted on a private property in Aloomba, this intimate half-day retreat invites you to reconnect with your body and mind through gentle movement, conscious breath, and the restorative power of nature.

Surrounded by open space, a natural dam and peaceful landscapes, you'll experience the benefits of slowing down in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Throughout the morning we'll journey through the elements:

Earth — Ground through gentle yoga and mindful movement.

Air — Deepen your connection with yourself through guided breathwork.

Fire — Experience the warmth of the sauna and hot bath, inviting relaxation and renewal.

Water — Embrace the invigorating benefits of cold water immersion and reconnect with the natural element that surrounds us.

Comfortable clothing for movement
Swimwear
Two towels (one for the sauna and one for drying off- there are showers on the property)
