BONUS: The final session includes a soothing sound bowl experience to deepen relaxation and integration. Suitable for all levels.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body—like fascia, ligaments, and joints—rather than focusing on muscles. Poses are held passively for longer periods, typically 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the body to gently open and release tension over time.
Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, Yin encourages stillness and introspection, making it as much a mental practice as a physical one. It helps improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility, while also calming the mind and soothing the nervous system—making it especially beneficial for stress relief and emotional balance.
