Introducing: Eliza’s Game – A Day of Hockey, Heart & Community

📍 York Recreation Centre, WA

We’re inviting you to be part of something unforgettable, our aim is to smash the world record for the most players in a hockey exhibition match.

Over one powerful day, we’ll play a continuous, 8-hour hockey game with over 400 players aged from Kindy and up — coming together for two causes that matter deeply to our community:

But it’s not just about hockey.

There’ll be food, live music, special guests, raffles, auctions, kids’ activities, merch, and more. Whether you're playing or just showing up to support, it’s going to be an incredible day out.

🎟 Registrations are now open — no experience needed. All ages and skill levels welcome. 

Your registration includes a pack with the following:

A playing shirt to wear at the event, a drawstring bag and a cap.

Additional merchandise will be available for purchase on the day.

This is Eliza’s Game. It’s about sport. It’s about showing up. And it’s about community.

We know Eliza’s Game might sound like a lot, and you may be wondering:

❓ Will I be playing with 400 people at once?
👉 Nope! You’ll play in smaller, scheduled groups.

❓ Do I have to stay all day?
👉 Nope! You’ll play during your scheduled time slot — then stay for the fun if you’d like!

❓ Are there activities for families?
👉 Yes! Think food, music, raffles, guest appearances, and more.

❓ Do I need hockey experience?
👉 Totally up to you. We’ll have room for all skill levels!

❓ Will I be matched with players of similar age and ability?
👉 Yes. We’ll send out a schedule that moves from our youngest to our most experienced players.
