Our member-focused approach is built around creating real value, strengthening connections and developing a trusted network where referrals happen naturally, without pressure.

Our Ellenbrook Group meets on Friday mornings from 7:30am, during the first three weeks of each month from February to November.
Now established, the group provides a welcoming, supportive environment where members can build meaningful business relationships and actively support one another.
Our meeting structure encourages participation, collaboration and accountability, with each of the three monthly meetings serving a different purpose:
Week 1 – Catch-up: Strengthen relationships, share updates and identify opportunities to support each other.
Week 2 – Presentation: Learn from fellow members as they share their expertise, experiences and industry insights.
Week 3 – Mastermind: Collaborate on real business challenges, exchange ideas and benefit from the collective knowledge of the group.
Each Facilit8 group is capped at 15 members, with only one person per profession represented. This allows members to build strong relationships without competing businesses within the same group.
Members also benefit from regular Facilit8 sundowners and community events, providing opportunities to connect with professionals across our wider Perth network.

- Do I need to be invited to attend?
No. If you’re interested in Facilit8, simply book yourself in and come along. You do not need an invitation, referral or introduction from an existing member.
- Can I attend before becoming a member?
Yes. Guests are welcome to attend and experience the group before deciding whether Facilit8 is the right fit.
- Can there be more than one person from the same profession?
No. Each group has one person per profession, helping avoid conflicts and creating stronger referral opportunities.
- How many members are in each group?
Groups are capped at 15 members.
- What happens at the Ellenbrook meetings?
During the launch phase, Ellenbrook will meet for relaxed one-hour coffee meetings. Once we establish a core group of five members, meetings will transition to Facilit8’s structured 90-minute breakfast format.
- Are all industries eligible to join?
Most are, subject to profession availability. MLM and network marketing businesses are not eligible. IT, digital marketing and leadership coaching are also reserved exclusively for Facilit8’s organisational sponsors.
