Elul: Daylong Meditation Retreat
Event description
Summer Meditation Retreat: A daylong meditation retreat with Adam Moskowitz and Daniella Salzman on the cusp of Elul
Sunday, August 24, from 9:30am-4:30pm.
We invite you to gather in a beautiful, communal setting as we care for our bodies, minds and hearts within the sacred container of retreat. Join us to slow down, meditate, and create a collective field of awareness to rediscover the peace that the practice of presence offers us.
Whatever is true for you – with what is happening in your life and in the world – we invite you to come as you are. Everyone is welcome.
Through guided meditation, silence, gentle movement, teachings, journaling and group reflection, we will rest our minds, restore our bodies, and revive the deep wisdom of our hearts together.
Daniella Salzman and Adam Moskowitz are grateful to co-lead this retreat, with inspiration from many teachers, wisdom paths and communities.

About the facilitators:
Daniella Salzman
“Each of us wants the same thing in our heart of hearts, call it love, freedom, wholeness, or connection. And our common longing comes from the same source, call it spirit, g-d, the psyche, or nature. Ironically, that source is ultimately what we long for. And the answer to any core question we have – who we are, what we should do, and how we should do it – arises when we turn inwards and follow our longing all the way back to its source. Our personal truth and our ultimate truth align, and we come home”.
