The session is available for any Educators or Teachers who have a collaborative, distributive, positional, or pedagogical leadership role as a Manager, Supervisor, Coordinator, Educational Leader, or aspiring Educational Leader. The session will address leadership in ECEC with a discussion on leadership versus management. We will consider the attributes and qualities of a leader in ECEC. The significance of advocacy and professional ethics will be addressed. A discussion on the challenges of the leadership role and responsibilities will be considered.
