Join us for an afternoon of deepening into your Human Temple — gently releasing energies, emotions and patterns that may no longer be serving us, or that have become stuck or stagnant within the body and energy field.

Discover a new ‘anchor’ point within our Human Temple — an innate knowing of who you are

Shift pain and hurt, creating space for more open-hearted joy
Embody more confidence, self-love and freedom

The Journey

After our Welcome and Intention-setting, we will flow into Human Garage Fascia Movements — inviting the body into movement, letting go and surrendering old patterns, while embracing greater suppleness and freedom.

This is more than a physical release. It is a re-membering — reconnecting with the intelligence of the body and the subtle energetic layers held within it.

After a short break, we will receive the medicine of heart-opening Spirit Cacao.

Through a beautiful, deep Cacao Ceremony, we will reconnect with our Intention, open to new possibilities and gently transition into a quieter, more surrendered space — preparing the body, heart and energy field for Breath.

Then comes our Sacred Transformational Breathwork Journey.

Here we deepen into anything that has opened through the Fascia Movements and Cacao, allowing the breath to guide us beyond the conscious mind and into the innate knowing of the body.

There may be release.
There may be vision.
There may be expansion, clarity, emotion or simply a deepening into yourself.

There is nothing to achieve or force.

We breathe, we surrender, we listen — and allow the body to reveal what is ready to emerge.

As we move towards the end of our afternoon, we gently transition into integration — allowing the expansion to settle, inviting gentle movement back into the body, and creating space to ground and connect.

We will close our journey with herbal tea, a little more cacao (if there are leftovers!) and heartfelt connection.
