Embodied Alchemy is a sacred women’s circle, a return to the temple within.

It’s a space where we soften the armour, feel what wants to be felt, and reclaim the truth our bodies have held all along.

In a world that teaches us to override, perform, and push through — this is an invitation to come home.

To let your body lead.

To honour your rhythm.

To feel safe, once again, inside your own skin.

To begin learning the language of your body — and how it speaks to you in sensation, emotion, and energy.

What You’ll Experience:

A grounding ritual to help you land and arrive fully in your body
A ceremonial cup of cacao to soften the heart and open your intention
A guided somatic movement journey to awaken your inner landscape — gentle, intuitive, and deeply nourishing
Restorative breathwork to clear stagnation, deepen presence, and reconnect to your life force
Practices to support nervous system regulation — gently increasing your capacity to feel, release, and heal in a way that feels safe
Meditation and sound healing with my Tibetan bowl and voice, supporting deep restoration and nervous system release
Integration and stillness to let it all settle into the body
The medicine of sitting in circle with sisters — to share, be witnessed, and honour each other in our full, human truth

You’ll be guided to move at your own pace, always in choice, with reverence for the wisdom that’s already inside you.

Ceremonial cacao
Yoga Mats, bolsters, eye pillows, and blankets
A held space of safety, softness, and non-judgement

What to Bring:

Water
A journal and pen
Comfortable, layered clothing
A cushion or item for your comfort
An extra blanket or shawl if you’d like to cocoon
Any sacred object you wish to place on the altar — crystal, photo, talisman
