You are invited to join for this magical Cacao & breathwork journey. 

This is an opportunity to come home to your heart, to acknowledge what has shifted & transformed over the last few months and who you are now.

What is wanting to be created and nurtured through you?

Let this experience take you on a journey to clear out the external noise and receive the wisdom to carry you forward into your next steps.

You will be guided through:

Traditional Cacao opening invocations 

Somatic movement

Guided breathwork to move energy and calm your nervous system

Meditation Journey

No experience with any of these practices necessary, you will be guided the whole way.

If you don't have access to cacao no worries, you are welcome to join with your favourite tea.

The replay will be emailed if you can't make it live.

To set up:

Create a comfortable space where you won't be disturbed during our time together.

Make your cacao in advance and have in a mug or thermos that will keep warm while we open the space.

Have a separate device to play your music through. The playlist will be emailed about an hour before we go live.
