Embodied Alchemy Women's Circle
Event description
Embodied Alchemy:
Reclaiming the Body’s Ancient Wisdom
A Women’s Somatic Healing Circle
You were never meant to heal through the mind alone.
There is an ancient wisdom that lives in your body — quiet, steady, patient.
Waiting for you to remember.
Embodied Alchemy is a sacred women’s circle, a return to the temple within.
It’s a space where we soften the armour, feel what wants to be felt, and reclaim the truth our bodies have held all along.
In a world that teaches us to override, perform, and push through — this is an invitation to come home.
To let your body lead.
To honour your rhythm.
To feel safe, once again, inside your own skin.
What You’ll Experience:
A grounding ritual to help you land and arrive fully in your body
A ceremonial cup of cacao to soften the heart and open your intention
A guided somatic movement journey to awaken your inner landscape — gentle, intuitive, and deeply nourishing
Meditation and sound healing with my Tibetan bowl and voice, supporting deep restoration and nervous system release
Integration and stillness to let it all settle into the body
A sacred circle for sharing, witnessing, and remembering your wholeness
This is not about fixing.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about listening — to sensation, to breath, to the quiet parts within you that have been waiting for your attention.
You’ll be invited into interoception — the ability to feel and follow the inner cues of your body.
You’ll be guided to move at your own pace, always in choice, with reverence for the wisdom that’s already inside you.
What’s Provided for You:
Ceremonial cacao
Meditation cushions, bolsters, eye pillows, and blankets
A held space of safety, softness, and non-judgement
What to Bring:
Water
A journal and pen
Comfortable, layered clothing
A cushion or item for your comfort
An extra blanket or shawl if you’d like to cocoon
Any sacred object you wish to place on the altar — crystal, photo, talisman
This circle is for the woman who is ready to stop rushing.
For the woman who is learning to feel again.
For the woman who is remembering her body not as a burden — but as a portal.
Let this be your return.
To your rhythm.
To your knowing.
To the ancient medicine that lives within your bones.
