It is the foundation of safety, intimacy, and authentic connection.

And yet, for many of us, consent has never truly felt simple.

Many people carry trauma around sex, intimacy, and relationships. Sometimes this comes from clear breaches of consent.

Other times, it lives in the subtle imprints of our upbringing, in the guilt, shame, and conditioning that taught us to override our truth in order to belong, be loved, or stay safe.

Over time, the body learns to associate arousal with stress. To disconnect rather than feel. To say yes when it means no.

These patterns don’t just affect intimacy. They shape how we relate to ourselves, our voice, and our power.

This full-day immersive workshop is an invitation to gently unwind those patterns and reclaim your embodied authority.

Facilitated by Anna Morrigan, co-owner of Bliss Boudoir, and Amber Ella-Vatrix of The Erotic Edge, this powerful collaboration brings together trauma-informed education and experiential consent practice into one integrated journey.

Together, through the day we will explore:

Morning Session: Trauma, Safety & Nervous System Awareness

• What trauma is and how it lives in the body

• How trauma can impact intimacy, arousal, and connection

• Understanding triggers and trauma responses

• How to create safety within yourself and with others

• Tools to support yourself and others through activation

• Reconnecting with presence, choice, and agency

This foundational understanding creates the safety required for authentic consent to emerge.

Afternoon Session: The Power of No – Embodied Boundaries & Consent

You deserve to feel safe, sovereign, and unapologetically you.

In this experiential play lab, you will:

• Learn to recognise the somatic signals of a true yes and a true no

• Practice embodied boundary-setting in a supportive environment

• Release people-pleasing patterns

• Rebuild self-trust after boundary or consent violations

• Gain practical tools to communicate your needs clearly and confidently

• Strengthen your inner authority and your capacity for authentic connection

Because your no protects your yes.

And your yes deserves to be real.

This workshop is for you if:

• You want to deepen your understanding of consent and boundaries

• You’ve experienced challenges around saying no or honouring your truth

• You’re interested in trauma-informed intimacy and nervous system safety

• You work in healing, facilitation, bodywork, or community spaces

• You want healthier, more authentic relationships

• You simply want to feel more at home in yourself

No prior experience is necessary. This space is trauma-aware, inclusive, and welcomes both individuals and partners.

All exercises are invitational. You are always in choice.

About Your Facilitators

Anna Morrigan is co-owner of Bliss Boudoir and a highly respected trauma-informed facilitator who has supported hundreds of people in reclaiming safety, agency, and embodied consent.

Amber Ella-Vatrix is founder of The Erotic Edge and creator of The Power of No, known for her deeply experiential approach to boundaries, devotion, and conscious power dynamics.

Together, they bring a rare balance of clinical understanding and lived, embodied practice.
