Embodied Expression is a guided art experience combining explorative drawing, somatic awareness and playful creative practices. A space to step out of your head, reconnect with your body and let your creativity lead.

Let go of perfection and expectations, and enter a world of expression, colour, music, movement and fun!

This space is for you if :

• You’ve been dying to reconnect to your creative spark again!

• You’re curious to explore more of your inner world through art.

• You’re ready to dive deeper and awaken your self-expression through joy and embodiment.

• You are just in need of a fun & creative morning activity with the community to lift your spirits!

All art materials will be provided- including 1 large A1 sheet, regular A3 paper and coloured pastels, however you are welcome to bring any of your own materials also.
