Embodied Belly Dance is a beginner-friendly class where you'll learn beautiful movements in a relaxed, supportive, and welcoming environment. This isn't about getting every move perfect. It's about enjoying the music, moving with confidence, and having fun together.

Even if you've never danced before or you're returning after a break, you'll feel right at home!

What to expect:

💃 Learn 2-4 belly dance movements each class; simple, fun, and easy to remember
