Embodied Intimacy (‘Into Me You See’) is a fun, creative and transformational somatic journey that offers a bold approach to reconnect with your own heart and authenticity.

Through embodiment practices and relating within community we explore tools and modalities that can be applied to everyday interactions. Over the five days, you’ll deepen your “yes” to your life, develop a stronger relationship to your feelings as a inner guide and explore tangible ways to communicate your inner world.

Together, we create a brave space to slow down, listen to the body, and experiment with new ways of relating. We focus on authentic human connection, the kind of connection that allows you to be intimate with life itself, each moment.

In the context of this event, when we speak about intimacy, we mean authentic human connection through presence, courage, and honest relating - with yourself, with each other, and with nature.

This 5-day immersion is held and curated by Sybille Biedert, alongside her skilled and dedicated team.
Sybille is bold movement lover and the creator of ‘Embodied Freedom Movement Practice’. She has a wholehearted commitment to hold space for personal, collective and multi-generational transformation. She is a dedicated edge-worker and movement lover. With her ‘Open Floor Movement Teacher’ accreditation and her extensive training in ‘Possibility Management’, she uniquely weaves these modalities together creating profoundly transformational and bold spaces that offer people practical life tools that are easy to implement into daily life.
