Embodied Relating Edinburgh

Are you desiring a safe space to see and be seen, to hold and be held?
Embodied Relating is an interpersonal meditation. It is the practice of listening, speaking and touching in deeper awareness of presence and sensation, allowing us to weave richer, more truthful, more loving connections with one another.
You are invited to Edinburgh's inner city sanctuary, The Salisbury Centre, for a special one-off workshop this October. Come explore your curiosity, vulnerability and boundaries through a journey of deep and meaningful communication and contact games.
Participants often walk away with a profound sense of well-being, and an experiential toolkit that they can use right away to make every part of their lives even better.
Everything shared in the workshop is consensual and confidential.

Practicalities:
Where: The Studio @ The Salisbury Centre, 2 Salisbury Rd, Edinburgh EH16 5AB.
When: Wednesaday 12th October at 7.30pm. Doors open at 7.20pm and close at 7.35pm. No latecomers!
Dresscode: Comfortable clothing that's easy to move in. Please bring a blindfold as some activities are blindfolded.
About the facilitator:
I'm Laurie, and I am dedicated to enabling human-to-human relationships to arise, deepen and flourish. I have organised and facilitated over 200 Authentic Relating, Dating and Embodiment workshops in Oceania and Europe. My training includes the Authentic Life Course, the International School of Temple Arts, and the Connection Institute. My portfolio includes internationally acclaimed festivals such as Stretch, and organisations such as ART International.
My workshops have sparked thousands of nourishing connections, turning many strangers into life-long friends. I look forward to holding space for you!
