Emma Giddens is a passionate and highly experienced massage and movement therapist, and the founder of The Muscle Suite in Christchurch. With a background as an elite-level cyclist and lifelong athlete, Emma brings a deep understanding of the human body and a holistic approach to wellbeing.

Her work blends evidence-based massage therapy with functional movement practices to help individuals move and feel better in their daily lives. Emma is committed to empowering her clients to take ownership of their health through education, body awareness, and sustainable movement strategies.

Operating from the serene setting of The Barn at Memorys Restaurant and The Cottage at Flow Therapeutics Complex, Emma offers a space for healing, connection, and growth.
