You’re invited to a soul-nourishing, body-awakening evening of movement, reflection and reconnection, guided by the wisdom of the elements.

Embody the Elements is a somatic movement journey for women who are ready to return to themselves.

We’ll move together - not to perform or perfect - but to remember.
To breathe deeply.
To let the body speak its truth.
To soften the noise of the world and drop into the sacred language of sensation, energy, and presence.

Each element...Earth, Fire, Water and Air...guides us through a different flavour of expression:
🌿 Earth grounds us, connects us to our roots, allowing us to belong.
🔥 Fire awakens our passion, power and heat, allowing us to create.
🌊 Water softens our emotions, to flow & surrender, allowing us to express.
🌬️ Air expands us to freedom, intuition & lightness, allowing us to expand.

With music, integration, journaling, colour, and stillness as our companions, this journey is as gentle as it is powerful.

This is not a dance class. There’s no choreography or pressure. No steps to perfect. This is simply an open space to move how your body wants to move, and be with whatever is present. To observe, reflect and remember.

✨ Flow of the Evening

🌀 Welcome + Circle
We begin by gathering around a central altar, each element represented. Through breath and intention, we arrive, soften and open.

💃 Somatic Elemental Journey
Guided by music and gentle cues, you’ll move through each element with embodied expression.

🖋️ Journaling + Creative Reflection
After movement, you’ll have time to land, write, reflect, and even craft a simple body-poem - an intuitive, creative expression of what your soul experienced.

💞 Sharing Circle + Closing
We end in sacred circle. With a chance to be witnessed in sharing for those that are drawn to be seen. Sealing the experience with breath and gratitude.

Please Bring with you:
• A yoga mat, cushion and/or bolster (None are provided by the venue)
• A journal and pen/textas
• A water bottle
• Comfortable flowing clothes to move in

No experience needed. Just you. As you are. Come home to yourself - grounded, alive, and free.

Tickets are cost effective so all can join in and there's a discount if you bring a friend.
