Parenting is a marathon!

It is tiring and can be relentless. You are not failing! You are also the expert on your child. You know what works for them and what doesn't. 

Is there a different way? A more connected way to cut through all the noise and really see your child for who they are and who they could be. 

In this workshop we will be talking about ways to increase connection so that you can enjoy your children more. Ways to decrease the yelling and help your children to hear what you are saying. 

I will bring research backed information and strategies that work in helping you to manage tricky behaviors. Numbers will be kept to a small group, so there will be plenty of interaction and lots of question time. 

You will leave feeling confident in your role and your ability to make changes that will work in your family.
