You’ll learn how specific oils interact with your body, mind, and emotions from a medical, physiological and spiritual level while gaining insights into the intricate art of applying essential oils for specific benefits.  You’ll explore an exquisite lineup of various scents and blends including citrus, flower, herb, resin, leaves, and wood oils.

Engage your senses as you embark on a guided journey to apply these oils to meridian points that amplify their effects. Experience the sensations of Bergamot at Shenmen, Lavender at LIV, Cedarwood at LV3, Peppermint at the temples, Frankincense at the Crown, and Tea Tree at the wrist.

From there, we’ll transition into crafting your own personalized essential oil blend under the skilled guidance of Dr. Monika. Blend categories will be unveiled, and you'll have the opportunity to sample and combine these aromas to create a unique synergy. Whether you prefer a roll-on bottle or a diffuser blend, your creation will be a reflection of your individual essence.

We’ll complete this holistic journey by immersing yourself in a soul-soothing sound bath led by Kyle Lam. Your custom essential oil blend will synergize with the healing vibrations, creating an experience of true alignment and rejuvenation.
