Neurodiversity should be a key consideration for employers when creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. This workshop will introduce important neurodiversity concepts to help increase awareness and diversity in the workplace.
Through a practical discussion based approach, you will uncover the opportunities and challenges associated with neurodiversity and how you can build an inclusive workplace culture through empathy, understanding, a positive attitude and behaviours.
This topic covers:
- An understanding of neurodiversity
- Challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals
- Practical ways to support neurodiverse
This session is suitable for small business owners and employers with neurodiverse employees.

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
