    Event description

Join us for "Embracing Possibility: Manifest Your Dreams for 2025", a transformative workshop that blends mindfulness, creativity, and art, held in the inspiring setting of Maria del Carmen’s UNDERWATER solo exhibition.

Surrounded by Maria’s evocative works—exploring transformation, hope, and the evolution of deep emotions—we’ll guide you on a journey to reflect on your 2024, release what no longer serves you, and set empowering intentions for the year ahead. Carolina Gonzalez will lead you through meditations and exercises to connect with your inner self, while Maria’s artistic vision offers a unique atmosphere to spark imagination and creativity.

Together, we’ll create space for renewal, inspired by art and anchored in mindfulness.

Let art, mindfulness, and your dreams shape a hopeful and empowered 2025.

    You will be guided to:

    • Reflect on your 2024 journey with love and gratitude.
    • Release old energy and limiting beliefs through a powerful and symbolic letting-go ritual.
    • Dream boldly as you visualize and create your future through guided meditations and creative exercises.
    • Discover the magic and energy of manifesting your deepest desires.
    • Walk away with simple yet powerful tools to nurture peace, courage, and gratitude in your daily life.

About Maria del Carmen: Maria del Carmen is a Sydney-based artist from Chile. Her work navigates intuitive feeling and emotion, expressed through abstract landscapes and figurative paintings. Maria’s imaginary sceneries explore the intricate connection between mother nature and the inner self.

    UNDERWATER Solo exhibition

The theme of this new body of work enters on delving deeply into feelings of despair and pain, with an altruistic intention to transform them. In response to the profound impact of current world circumstances, my work reflects this emotional and existential upheaval. Through this process, I aim to express how these turbulent times have shaped my personal experience, while offering a sense of transformation and hope. Ultimately, my work aspires to show how even the darkest emotions can evolve into something that resonates with compassion and understanding. It’s been a rewarding process where I got to explore through my work the limits of my imagination and the courage to show this from a vulnerable place.
