In this Women's Circle I will guide you through several therapeutic activities that will empower you to channel the love and compassion you so freely give to others, towards yourself. Our time together will encourage you in understanding yourself more deeply and engage you in self care rituals that will enrich your connection to self and Spirit. We conclude our gathering with a time sharing followed by light refreshments.

The Women's Circles I host are sacred spaces of safety and trust, intentionally designed to be small and intimate, providing you the opportunity to connect authentically and vulnerably to self, source and others. During our time together you will be invited to engage in a variety of therapeutic activities that nourish body, soul and spirit and incorporate; guided meditation, reflection activities and group sharing.

Venue

The Standard, South Brisbane is located next to LUNE. We will gather in the foyer on the blue chairs and then proceed to our private luxury venue upstairs.

Time

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space so that we can start on time.

Parking

Limited street parking is available on Manning & Melbourne Streets. The Soda Factory carpark is free for 2hrs and is a close 5 min walk from the venue.

Attendance & Refunds

Refunds are not available, yet you do have the option of gifting your ticket to a friend. In the event that you cannot fulfil your commitment to attend, please let me know.

About Your Host

I am a soul healer, educator and creative and utilise an intuitive and embodied approach when guiding people in their healing journey of mind, body, soul and spirit wellness. Soul healing is my passion, and nothing brings me more joy than guiding women in therapeutic practices, and witnessing the transformation that occurs when they feel seen, heard & held. My events are grounded in love and centered upon encouraging authentic connection to self and others. I host Women’s Circles and Retreats, mentoring women in the areas of emotional and spiritual growth. I am a trauma informed practitioner and have 20 years of experience working in both the education and community sectors, and have navigated decades of personal healing and growth in therapy and through self directed study.
