Your ticket purchase is redeemable when you book an Emerald or Scenic cruise within 2 weeks. All tickets are an instant purchase, payable in full and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances. Clubhouse DRESS CODE
In keeping with the historic nature of the Newcastle Club, observance of dress code is very important.

TO AVOID ANY EMBARRASMENT ON THE DAY ANY PERSON UNSUITABLY ATTIRED WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY TO THE CLUB.

The following dress is NOT PERMITTED at any time in the main Club House:

• No jeans or denim (of any colour), no cargo pants, athletic apparel, collarless shirts or polo shirts.

• No running shoes, men’s sandals or athletic footwear of any kind.

• Newcastle Station Car Park and Newcastle Light Rail Parking are nearby options for those driving.

• Local on-street parking on King, Church and Bolton Streets.
