Emerge - Next Steps in Leadership
Event description
‘Next Steps’, a pathway of EMERGE, is a resource and training experience for any leaders who want to take the next step in their leadership and also a great opportunity to have ministry leadership teams access some training and equipping and reflect on it together.
Check the details below for 3 standalone Wednesday evening Zoom events from 7.30-9.15 pm. Each is suitable for any of your ministry leadership teams and will be facilitated by Kim Smith (BUV Generations and Emerging Leaders Pastor) and Bill Brown (BUV Pastoral Coach).
- August 19 – Developing as an Authentic Leader: Knowing your values, building your character, learning from feedback, developing sustainability and resilience
- September 16 -Emotional Intelligence: Understanding yourself and relating to others
- October 21- Mobilizing volunteers and building teams: developing a great volunteer culture, being an ideal team player, building trust and flying as a team.
Each evening will include Q and A and the opportunity for interaction with others in break-out rooms. If others from your ministry team are on the Zoom call then you can interact together in the break-out rooms. If you are linking in without others from your team there will be opportunity to engage in a break-out room with those in a similar situation.
