Emerge & See are celebrating 5 years of positive impact with our 2027 Gratitude Gala.
Marking five years of positive impact supporting injured emergency service workers, volunteers and their families across NSW and the ACT.
This milestone event brings together senior leaders, corporate partners, frontline personnel and community supporters for a premium black-tie evening of connection, generosity and purpose.
It is a night where meaningful impact meets a refined, high-calibre experience and recognises the ongoing support required when service related injury and trauma affects our emergency service personnel, and the sacrifice this equates to, long after their shift has ended.
Hosted by Osher Günsberg, the evening will feature a three-course dining experience, a 6-piece live band and a professionally curated event complimented with unique activations by trusted brands including Toby's Estate Coffee.
The evenings program is designed to engage and inspire, combining lived-experience storytelling with high-value fundraising moments, including live and silent auctions, exclusive experiences, and opportunities to contribute at scale.
At its core, this evening is about impact! Inspiring you to be the back up that our emergency service personnel rely on when it matters most.
Our Theme
Silver Linings, reflects what follows adversity, not as a concept, but as a reality made possible through access to holistic care, early intervention and the right support at the right time,
Proceeds from the evening directly fund Emerge & See’s work across proactive and responsive mental health and wellbeing, recovery support, advocacy, and peer connection for current and former emergency service personnel and their families.
This is an opportunity to align with a cause of genuine significance, host clients or colleagues in an exceptional setting, and be part of a room driving meaningful, lasting change to ensure those affected by service related injury and trauma are able to Emerge & See a brighter future.

Ticket Reservations
Individual ticket reservations, group reservation for tables of 10, premium VIP Silver Linings Selection tables of 10 are available.
All ticket reservations include a three-course meal, beverages, and full access to the evening’s program, entertainment, auctions, curated activations and fundraising experiences.
This event is expected to sell out. Early reservations are strongly recommended.

Osher Günsberg
Osher Günsberg is one of Australia’s most recognised television and media personalities, known for hosting iconic programs such as Australian Idol, The Bachelor, and The Masked singer. Osher is a respected broadcaster, author and mental health advocate, who also lends his voice as the narrator of the Bondi Rescue series. With his trademark humour, authenticity and warmth, Osher will host the 2026 Emerge & See Gratitude Gala as we celebrate five years of impact and connection.
Live Auction & Raffle
A tightly curated collection of auction items designed to spark a little excitement. Rare, considered and not easily come by. Alongside the live auction, raffles will run throughout the evening, offering a few more chances to take something special home. This is where the room lifts, the paddles go up, and the fun really begins.

- Where is the event being held?
The Gratitude Gala will be held at Doltone House Hyde Park on Elizabeth Street.
- What time should I arrive?
Guest arrival will commence from 6:00pm. We recommend arriving promptly to enjoy the full pre-dinner experience which includes delightful activations by a number of partnering brands.
- What does the Silver Linings theme mean?
The theme Silver Linings reflects Emerge & See’s purpose: helping current and former emergency service personnel and their families find hope, connection and support after service-related injury, trauma or difficult life experiences.
It recognises that hardship does not disappear just because something positive follows it. Instead, Silver Linings speaks to the possibility of light after dark, strength after struggle, and the impact of a community that helps people feel seen, supported and less alone.
