The emergence breathwork class will allow you to go deep, connect to yourself, start to shed layers of emotion/past conditioning/trauma which have held you back & allow you to begin 'emerging' as your true, authentic, powerful self!

Hannah Sawyer is a certified breathwork practitioner. This particular style of breathwork along with body work, nerve flossing & facilitated breath repatterning allows you to release stored emotion & complete trauma in the nervous system for release. It creates the space for you to bypass your conscious mind and allows for your body to do its thing, releasing what no longer serves you!

Safety is the number one priority, classes are capped to keep the vibe intimate.

Through this process you are able to access your own wisdom, connect to yourself on a deeper level, release stored trapped emotions, reset the nervous system, experience heightened intuition & once you have cleared out the heavier emotions, start to experience lighter emotions in your day to day life 😊

Please bring your own yoga mat, water, comfy clothes and a boulster/cushion for under your knees if required. You do not need a pillow for your head.
