Emergence - Emotional Release for Women (June)

This is a monthly event created by local Somatic Sexologist & Birth Keeper Kimberley Vita Rose to provide a space for embodiment and emotional release.

In the busy lives we are living there is not always time and space made to feel the fullness of the emotions that our body wants to express in each moment. These emotions, pushed down can create further issues such as illness and disease or a numbness to all emotions and lifes gifts.

I have created this space for women to come together and experience a guided return to the body, return to feeling sensations and the skills and safety to feel the upwelling of long held emotions.

This event will include guided somatic practices and guided release of emotions and a sharing circle.

Women aged 18+ only

Come with an open heart and a willingness to take full responsibility for yourself as the strong amazing woman that you are.
