This evolution of Emergence Creative will weave together a half-day series of workshops and events around investment, start-ups and tech with day two being an impactful full-day of Emergence Creative conference-style programming with a focus on creativity colliding with tech, innovation and sustainability.
What to expect:
The event will feature keynote presentations, panels, workshops and networking opportunities exploring how design, storytelling, digital innovation and cultural practice can address some of today’s most pressing challenges.
Attendees will engage with experts, build knowledge and capacity, and identify clear priorities for skills development. Their journeys, tips and lessons learnt in growing a startup or creative business, looking for investment or funding, assessing a startup for investment, and the ongoing startup/investor relationship
PitchFest
Who is it for?
Everyone with any interest in all things innovation, startup, creative and investing
What is it?
Pitches by 3 startups/creatives with 'judges' questions and feedback (think Shark Tank done Emergence Creative style!). Followed by speed pitches by youth entrepreneurs and community groups
