Description

Hospitality New Zealand has partnered with Shane Green, a global expert in customer experience and organisational culture to bring this outstanding leadership programme. The objective of the course is to provide current and future leaders with insights, information, and ideas on how to develop your leadership abilities and habits whilst helping to strengthen industry relationships with their pairs through this facilitated workshop. 

This is a 20 week course consisting of 10 facilitated sessions. 

You will meet fortnightly with your facilitator, Luke van Veen, to go through each of the 10 modules.
