Join us for our Monthly Women’s Circle — a sacred, supportive space where women can connect, reflect, and recharge without judgment or expectations.

What to Expect:

• Friendly welcome by Talia & Belinda
• Tea, coffee, water, and a small selection of GF cakes  
• Heartfelt conversations in a safe, nurturing space
• Empowering themes each month (e.g., self-love, boundaries, intuition)
• Guided self-reflection to help process emotions
• Meditation & breathwork to release stress & reset your nervous system
• A chance to simply BE — without pressure, without roles, just YOU

• Mums needing a moment for themselves
• Women feeling emotionally exhausted or disconnected
• Anyone seeking community, personal growth & self-care

Cost: $20 per session (includes light morning tea but please bring a cushion, and anything else you would like to feel comfortable)

Due to the nature of this event, this one is just for the mums - so please organise care for any little ones that you may need to so that you can come, relax, and receive the full benefits of the session
