Join Canberra-based, USA Today Bestselling author, Emma Grey, for a chat with April Hélène-Horton (one of Goulburn’s former Lilac Queens) about her latest novel, Pictures of You - a novel about first love, second chances, and the insidious ways a relationship can go terribly wrong. The book follows the journey of Evie Hudson, who should be grieving her dead husband, however she can’t seem to remember him at all. When snippets of her memory start falling into place, she wonders exactly how she ended up in a life that couldn’t be further from the one she dreamed of.

MEET EMMA
Emma Grey is the international bestselling author of six novels. She wrote The Last Love Note in the wake of her husband’s death — a fictional tribute to their love, an attempt to articulate the magnitude of her loss, and a life-affirming commitment to hope. Pictures of You was partly inspired by her daughter's PhD research into gendered violence and coercive control. It has recently been optioned for the screen.
Emma is a mum of three and lives just south of Queanbeyan.
