Emotion Explorers: Free Sessions – Term 2

Feeling overwhelmed by your child’s big emotions? Struggling to get them to listen or cope with daily transitions?
Then why not try Emotion Explorers—a fun and practical way to build emotional resilience with your child.

For this term only, we are offering FREE Emotion Explorer Sessions to give you a taste of what we are all about.

Designed for you and your preschooler (ages 3–5) to explore side by side, these sessions offer hands-on, fun activities with a strong focus on emotional intelligence. By joining us, you’ll build skills with your child to help ease the power struggles, reduce meltdowns, and support those tricky transitions that so many children at this stage struggle with.

🧠 Each session focuses on one key challenge many parents face—such as big, explosive emotions, not listening, or difficulty transitioning from one activity to another - and gives you simple, playful strategies you can use straight away at home.

🎟 You can book into one, two, or all three—whatever works for you!

Here’s what’s coming up:

🌈 Rainbow Moods & Magic Moves : 

May Dates: 1, 22, 23; June Dates: 12, 13;  July Dates: 3
A creative session helping kids understand and express big feelings.

👂 Animal Ears & Listening Cheers: 

May Dates: 8, 9, 29, 30; June Dates: 19,20
Support better listening and connection with playful activities that make tuning in easier for both of you.

🔄 Ready Set Go, It’s Time to Flow!:

 May Dates: 16; June Dates: 6, 26, 27; July Dates: 4
Practical tools to help make daily transitions (like getting dressed or leaving the house) feel smoother and less stressful.

📍 Sessions run from 10:00–11:30 AM at Sherbourne Primary School, Briar Hill.
💛 Normally $20 per session—but for this term only, they’re completely FREE!
