Travel instructions

Arriving by car & Parking: There is free car parking (up to 18 hours) at the Babraham Park & Ride (P&R), which is a 5 minute walk from the venue. The venue can be accessed by heading towards the P&R vehicle entrance and exit to access the pedestrian path to the Hospice, which is signposted. You are requested not to park at the venue unless you require mobility assistance (please inform us in advance). Arriving by train: Cambridge Railway Station is approximately 3 miles from the venue. Taxis are available outside the station entrance and there is a bus that goes to Babraham P&R (see below). Arriving by bus: The PR4 bus, operated by Stagecoach, runs from central Cambridge, via the train station, to Babraham Park & Ride. Entry instructions

On arrival, entry to the Education and Conference is through the main entrance of the Arthur Rank Hospice, through the automatic door.

After entry instructions

The Education and Conference Centre is on the first floor accessible by a lift or stairs and has its own reception desk for visitor sign in. The Centre is all on one level with wide doors to the meeting rooms for easy navigation and wheelchair accessibility.

Toilet location

There are six individual toilets including one larger toilet that is accessible for wheelchairs/powerchairs with grab rails and an emergency alarm. There is also a fully accessible toilet on the ground floor near the Bistro.

Hearing Assistance

There are three portable microphones available for visitors who require hearing assistance that can be used with a hearing aid (please request in advance).
