Event description

What is Emotional Culture?

Emotions shape how we work, lead, and connect.

Many organisations focus on people’s thoughts and outputs, ignoring the impact that our emotions have on our behaviours and connections. This interplay of emotions creates an organisation’s emotional culture - the shared values, behavioural norms and expectations we have as part of a collective

We know that emotions aren’t just present in the workplace - they define it.

By using the Emotional Culture Deck (ECD) we will run through activities to help identify what your team environment needs to feel like to be successful.
At the end, you will have defined your teams desired emotional culture - the emotions needed to be felt, observed and behaved in order to be a performing and sustainable team.

The ECD is currently used by over 400,000 people in over 55+ countries, it is a uniquely powerful way to create human conversations about what really matters in the workplace. The game facilitates face-to-face human conversations about what matters. It nudges vulnerability. Builds empathy. Creates connections and fosters trust within teams.

It's the ultimate card game toolkit for more successful and human workplaces.
