Topic: Emotional demands, what are they and how can we manage them?

Emotional demands refer to the psychological and emotional effort required to manage feelings and expressions in the workplace. These demands can arise from various situations, such as dealing with difficult customers, handling conflicts, or managing stress and high workloads. The ability to recognise and manage emotional demands is crucial for maintaining mental well-being and preventing burnout.  In our webinar we will explore the different types of emotional demands and their impact on employees.
