A group program to learn and practice a 3-Step process to end emotional eating


In this program, you’ll learn:

  • To separate your emotional hunger from physical hunger so you can listen to what your body is asking for 

  • Tools to deal with stress eating, night eating, and unconscious eating that don’t require willpower or discipline

  • Process your emotional needs so food isn’t your only go-to

This is not your first rodeo

If you’ve been trying to “fix” emotional eating with discipline and willpower, it makes total sense that you’re exhausted.

Because emotional eating can’t be solved with control. It requires attending to your nervous system.

When you’re stressed, tired, or overwhelmed, your body wants comfort and calm. Food delivers those instantly.

Instead of soothing yourself, you’re taught to feel guilty and ashamed for not having better control. 

This program gets you out of that loop.


A process that works with you, not against you

In Emotional Eating Solved, you’ll practice a 3-step process that works with your nervous system to give it what it needs

You’ll be:

  • fully prepared before emotional eating urges strike, so you’re not derailed when they do

  • curious about what your hunger is trying to tell you instead of automatically fighting it

  • able to process your emotions so food isn’t the only tool you have

This program is grounded in non-diet, trauma-informed health coaching. It doesn’t use rules, weigh-ins, or tracking — because those things demonise emotional eating urges instead of seeing them as a natural, normal and helpful

  • 3 live group coaching sessions (3 consecutive Fridays at 12 noon starting Oct 24 )

  • Daily inspiration and gentle accountability

Meet Emma, your feminist health coach:

Emma Wright is a certified Health and Body Image Coach with training in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Intuitive Eating. 

 She holds a Master’s degree and wrote her feminist thesis on how appearance pressure affects female athlete performance. 

 She’s the author of Body Confidence (HarperCollins), and has been featured on RNZ, The NZ Herald, Viva Magazine, The Breeze, and The Project. 

 Emma is known for her effective and compassionate coaching style, where she helps women find relief from obsessive food and body thinking and trust themselves again.
