A one-hour, online workshop equips participants aged 16–25 with tools to better understand and manage emotions, navigate stress, and build resilience.
In an age where young people are facing increasing mental health challenges, they must build the skills to understand and manage their emotions, handle stress, and bounce back from setbacks. BREED’s Emotional Intelligence and Mental Resilience Mastery workshops give participants practical tools, real-life strategies, and the confidence to thrive no matter the circumstances. Through engaging activities and interactive learning, these sessions empower youth to grow stronger, think clearly, and step into their potential.

Understanding the link between thoughts, feelings, and actions
Practising empathy, listening, and perspective-taking
Managing stress and shifting unhelpful thought patterns
