Do you ever walk away from a difficult conversation still carrying the other person’s frustration, anger or distress?

Perhaps you’re good at listening, supporting and empathising, but sometimes find it difficult to separate what belongs to them from what belongs to you.

Ask yourself:

· Do you carry the weight of other people’s emotions long after the conversation has finished?

· Can you separate the person from the problem when emotions are running high?

· How strong is your own internal “house” when an emotional storm arrives?

Emotional PPE is about protecting yourself emotionally, without putting up a wall.

It gives you practical ways to stay present, listen and empathise while maintaining your own emotional boundaries, particularly during challenging, heightened or emotionally charged situations.

Keep your internal world strong with Emotional PPE

Join us for this practical two-hour online workshop.

$37 Early Bird Offer

22nd of October, 11am – 1pm Online Workshop

By the end of the workshop, you will be better equipped to:

· Stay calm and grounded when emotions escalate

· Recognise the early warning signs of challenging behaviour

· Understand the foundations of de-escalation

· Separate another person’s emotional response from your own

· Maintain empathy without absorbing the emotional load

· Recover more quickly after difficult conversations

Emotional PPE is particularly valuable for anyone whose work involves people, pressure, difficult conversations, conflict, care or emotional demands.

You don’t need to become less empathetic.

You simply need better protection around the empathy you already have.
