About The Workshop
The Visualisation Board and Emotional Intelligence Workshop is a pre-employment and self-employment workshop for young people aged 16-30 living in Canberra, to start a micro-business or enhance their employability skills. During the workshop, participants will hear from industry leaders through an interactive Q&A session, giving them valuable insights into strategies and techniques for emotional intelligence. Following the Q&A session, participants will join a personal development and emotional intelligence workshop.This hands-on session provides tools to strengthen resilience and foster personal growth, supporting young people to achieve their personal and career goals in 2025.
Thanks to the generous support of CBRIN (Canberra Innovation Network), this Workshop is completely free to join.Â

What to Expect:
- Vision Board. A hands-on session to create personalised vision boards, helping participants visualise their goals, stay motivated and plan for success.
- Emotional Intelligence. Learn to foster meaningful connections, improve decision-making and effectively manage emotions in both personal and professional contexts.
- Wellbeing Skills. Develop strategies to regulate emotions, manage stress and maintain a balanced approach to mental health and wellbeing.
