Emotional Intelligence for Leaders

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

The ability to connect emotionally with employees is essential for leadership effectiveness.

Leading with emotional intelligence helps to create a culture of trust, compassion, positive communication, and engagement across an organisation.

According to Daniel Goleman, a leading researcher into emotional intelligence, "The most effective leaders are all alike in one crucial way: they all have a high degree of what has come to be known as emotional intelligence. It’s not that IQ and technical skills are irrelevant. They do matter, but…they are the entry-level requirements for executive positions."

In this lunch and learn webinar, we'll share the latest research and some practical tools to help you increase your emotional intelligence and become an even more effective leader.
