Emotionally Focused 1: Foundation Intensive

This Foundation Intensive meets ONLINE! Wednesday, January 15th from 11a-4p Eastern, and Thursday, January 16th from 11a-5p Eastern. 

EF Foundation is a two day online experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts.
