This Foundation Intensive meets ONLINE! Friday evening, November 7th from 6:30-8:45 PM Eastern, and Saturday, November 8th from 9:30 AM-5:30 PM Eastern.

Our EF Foundation is a two day online experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts.

* Note: This experience can be intense and may bring up uncomfortable/painful memories. Sensitive subjects may be discussed in small group. Please plan to participate for the full duration of this event, as the sessions are cumulative. You will meet with the same small group each session, and consistent attention is important to the process!
