Emotionally Focused 2: FORMATION (January 2025)

Emotionally Focused 2: FORMATION is a six-month process that expands the tools and deepens the experience of showing up in relationships with more freedom and health. Through 12 one-hour online sessions and weekly coaching in small groups, you will work through practices and written reflections to help move toward your preferred future. We believe coaching is a vital element of this experience - it helps you to see what you can't see on your own, and to move out of stuck patterns into a life of flourishing!

1) EF 1: You must have completed a Foundation Intensive prior to joining the Formation experience. 

2) Your one hour weekly small group coaching experience will be with 1-2 other participants and is in addition to the large group session. Ensure that you can access your personal calendar during the registration process, as you will be asked to list your availability for this coaching call. 

3) Our coaches and facilitators are prioritizing this experience to serve you! By registering, you commit to make space in your life for each weekly meet up.
