Emotionally Focused 3: Family (fall 2025)

Our Emotionally Focused 3: Family experience meets ONLINE for 10 consecutive weeks on Tuesdays from 3:00pm-4:00pm Eastern starting OCT 7th, 2025. 

This experience is designed to help you explore the concepts and skills you learned in EF Foundation & Formation to your family of origin. Each week you will engage content (via videos and a book), complete written reflections, and join the cohort for a one hour discussion and group coaching.  You will need to access a copy of the book The Eight Concepts of Bowen Theory by Roberta Gilbert, and will be provided supplemental materials throughout the process.
