Our Emotionally Focused 3: Family experience meets ONLINE for 10 consecutive weeks on Mondays from 8:00 PM-9:00 PM EST starting September 21, 2026.

This experience is designed to help you explore the concepts and skills you learned in EF Foundation & Formation to your family of origin. Each week, you will engage content (video and book), complete written reflections, and join the cohort for a one-hour discussion and group coaching. You will receive an electronic copy of the workbook and supplemental materials. You will also need to access a copy of the book The Eight Concepts of Bowen Theory by Roberta Gilbert.

* Note: I understand that sensitive or challenging topics may be discussed by participants during the coaching time. I agree to share and receive compassion in these moments by holding all information in confidence and giving my full attention to others.
