This spring/summer cohort of Emotionally Focused 3: Family experience meets ONLINE on THURSDAYS from 11:30a-12:30p Eastern starting on May 15th. We will gather for 10 total sessions: 8 content sessions that include large group material, discussion and coaching, and 2 sessions of small group coaching work in triads.

This experience is designed to help you explore the concepts and skills you learned in EF Foundation & Formation to your family of origin. Each week you will engage content (video and book),complete written reflections, and join the large group session on Zoom. You will need to access a copy of the book The Eight Concepts of Bowen Theory by Roberta Gilbert, and will be provided additional supplemental materials throughout the process.

July 17: NO MEET UP - Break for VUSA National Conf EAST

July 24: Session 7: Family Projection Process

July 31: Session 8: Celebration & Next Steps
