A Soulful Wellness training event sharing original techniques for healers and empaths to purposely work with their abilities and move through their day in a more powerful manner. This event introduces rapid, effective techniques using body movements and breath in a specific sequence to quickly calm your nervous system, relax your mind, emotions, and body. Another method involves repetition of a sacred phrase that directly speaks to the primal brain,that helps you experience a natural sense of oneness with everything around you, promoting calmness and reducing feelings of threat.

Additionally, Caitlin's guided meditation emphasizes connecting with the heart’s power rather than just the mind. Her unique approach facilitates forgiveness and emotional release, aiding in overcoming anger and heaviness. Caitlin will also guide you through a personal WOF test to assess and improve your emotional energy. The event includes insights from elders on the significance of this historical moment and your role, highlighting the value of your sensitivities.

About Caitlin du Preez

Caitlin is a healer who was born with a heightened sensitivity to people’s emotions, pain points, and energies. Through serious health challenges, including losing and regaining her eyesight and needing up to 21 hours of sleep a day, she sought out the best healers in the world and learned from them. These experiences have been golden and instrumental in accepting her highly sensitive abilities and using them as powerful tools to help others. Caitlin has worked as an energy healer for over a decade, incorporating First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® into her practice. She has a deep understanding of and passion for supporting individuals, especially those with sensitive constitutions. Her intention is to encourage people to heal, elevate their skills in practical ways, increase the number of people they positively impact, and recharge themselves.
